I was delighted to install a combination of fitted loft conversion storage and an efficient mini-office-space into a Birmingham attic recently.

Making the most of the available room, I fitted some structured storage into the restricted ceiling side of the space.  You can see this storage before the doors were fitted below.

A pass-through  hatch into the unfurnished loft-space – where the low ceiling slope meets the floor – allows the least accessible part of the loft conversion to be utilised for occasional access to long termstorage of smaller items.

The desk space and storage is particularly effective in this installation, allowing for work and play as well as a significant amount of administrative storage against the available wallspace.

The draw-space below the desk borrows very little from the available floorspace, but adds a significant amount of storage to the homeowner.
